Designed by Brandon Architects with interiors by Fullen Enany Design Group and built by Patterson Custom Homes, this refined coastal residence blends smart technology with elegant design. Cantara provided Savant and Lutron lighting control systems, with James Small Aperture and Sonance Invisible speakers integrated throughout. A close collaboration with the millwork team ensured precise speaker placement and nearly imperceptible grille integration within custom wood ceiling details. The Savant system orchestrates the home’s pool, spa, HVAC, fireplaces, lighting, shades, patio heaters, and security for seamless living. Outdoor audio sets the tone for effortless indoor-outdoor entertaining, from the private courtyard to the ocean-facing backyard. On the lower level, a vibrant gaming lounge offers the ultimate hangout space for kids and PlayStation marathons.
