This project represents the fullest expression of Cantara’s philosophy —where lighting design, fixtures, controls, shading, security, audio/video, and automation are conceived and executed as one cohesive system. Designed, engineered, and delivered entirely by Cantara, the home reflects what’s possible when every discipline is aligned under a single vision.

Architecture by the legendary modernist firm CJ Light & Associates, and executed by the exceptionally disciplined team at Dugally Oberfeld, the home provided the ideal canvas for deep collaboration. In close partnership with Susan Thiel Design and highly engaged homeowners, the project became an ongoing aesthetic dialogue — balancing gracious coastal living with moody sophistication, bold art, and a clear love for pop culture.
 

The result is a home where every system works in harmony, and every detail — seen and unseen — contributes to an experience that feels intentional, immersive, and distinctly personal.
